Hi, I'm Marlo! With more than 15 years of experience in customer service and hospitality, I’ve built my career around creating meaningful experiences, building strong relationships, and helping people feel supported every step of the way. My background in account management, event coordination, and client relations has given me the opportunity to work with all kinds of people and personalities, and one thing has always remained the same, I genuinely enjoy helping others succeed. I’ve always been someone who thrives on organization, communication, and creating positive experiences that make a lasting impact.

As a Customer Success Manager at Water Bear Marketing, I’m excited to bring that passion into a role focused on helping customers grow and building long term partnerships. My role allows me to combine relationship building, strategy, communication, and problem solving in a way that helps customers feel supported from day one. Whether I’m helping guide onboarding, coordinating campaigns, identifying new opportunities, or ensuring projects stay on track, I love being part of the process and helping create a great experience along the way.

One of the things I love most about Water Bear Marketing is that we are a team of real people who genuinely care about our customers and their success. We are hands on, collaborative, and committed to helping businesses grow, and I’m excited to continue learning, growing, and contributing alongside a team that shares that mindset.

Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler and sports enthusiast who loves exploring new places, embracing new experiences, and connecting with people from different backgrounds. Traveling has strengthened my adaptability, curiosity, and ability to navigate change with confidence, qualities that fit naturally in the ever evolving world of marketing and customer success. I’m excited to continue growing with Water Bear Marketing and help create long term success for both our customers and our team.
