Hello, I'm Brody Kocon. My professional background has given me the opportunity to work in several very different industries, but one thing has remained consistent throughout my career: I genuinely enjoy building relationships and helping people solve problems. After spending time working in masonry and concrete, I transitioned into industrial sales, where I discovered just how much I enjoyed meeting new people, understanding their challenges, and finding solutions that made a real difference for their businesses. That experience sparked a passion for sales and relationship building that eventually led me to earn my real estate license, allowing me to continue working closely with clients and helping them navigate some of life's biggest decisions.

As an Advertising Consultant at Water Bear Marketing, I'm excited to combine that passion for relationship building with the opportunity to help businesses grow. My role focuses on connecting with business owners, learning about their goals, identifying opportunities, and developing long term partnerships built on trust and results. I enjoy getting to know people, understanding what makes their business unique, and helping them find marketing solutions that support their success.

One of the things that attracted me to Water Bear Marketing was the company's commitment to doing things differently. From the innovative technology being developed to the genuine focus on helping customers succeed, it's clear that this is a team that's always looking for better ways to serve businesses. I'm excited to be part of a company that values relationships, embraces innovation, and is continually raising the bar for what marketing can do.

Outside of work, I'm a licensed real estate agent with a strong interest in investing, the stock market, and all things numbers. I'm also a lifelong Cleveland sports fan who enjoys following the Browns and Guardians throughout the year. Whether I'm meeting with clients, talking business, or cheering on my favorite teams, I enjoy building connections with people and am excited to continue doing that as part of the Water Bear Marketing team.
