You know what they say, “Time flies when you are having fun!” Laura Fisher, VP of PARA Program, joined the Water Bear Marketing team one year ago and has been an asset to the organization ever since. From coining our unofficial company motto, providing new insights, and helping to launch the PARA Program, Laura has brought so much value to the organization.
Laura came to us with over 15 years of experience in the Internet marketing industry and it shows.
In a recent interview with Laura, she provided us with some insight about her experience at Water Bear Marketing. Let’s see what she had to say:
Q: What makes you tick? What keeps you grinding away and remaining an active waterbear?
A: I am definitely a people pleaser. I enjoy building relationships with my clients, becoming friends, and I LOVE helping my friends be successful and happy.
Q: You have been in the advertising industry for a long time, what keeps you in this world? Why do you enjoy advertising so much?
A: Internet marketing poses more of a challenge than any other medium, by constantly changing and growing. I love the challenge of keeping up with the industry and figuring out the best strategy for each client. No two clients are the same, so each one needs to be handled differently. It is never the same thing each day and that keeps it exciting.
Q: What things and technologies at Water Bear Marketing have really impressed you?
A: The ability to adapt and grow. Since I have joined the team, the dashboard has grown immensely, the product selection has grown, and we have created a new program to attract partners (PARA Program).
Q: What is your long-term vision for your time at Water Bear Marketing? Where do you see yourself and the company thriving?
A: I hope to help continue building out the PARA program, while continuing to impress my clients with my knowledge and expertise and Water Bear Marketing’s products and technology.
“What can I say? Laura has become such a vital member of the Water Bear Marketing team. It’s hard to believe she has only been here a year. She brings industry knowledge, is a very hard worker and is willing to jump in when and wherever she is needed, and has a sense of humor (which you know we love here). Laura’s feedback and input has helped us to truly catapult the organization over the past year. I am grateful to have her on this team. Happy one year anniversary, here’s to many, many more!” said Nate Louis, CEO.
Help us celebrate Laura’s one year anniversary with Water Bear Marketing, by wishing her a “Happy Anniversary”.
