Hello, I'm Nate Louis, the Founder and CEO of Water Bear Marketing. A few years before I started Water Bear Marketing, I was talking with a close friend about what would need to happen for me to start my advertising agency. I made a list of several things that were things that were important to me and would make us different. This list turned into the foundation I used to build Water Bear Marketing.

- I wanted to build a company that could compete with the biggest and best advertising agencies in the world.
- I wanted to make life easier for business owners, a marketing department, or even an advertising agency to make changes to advertising budgets, advertising campaigns, or update the websites that we built.
- I wanted to work with teammates in a healthy and productive environment that focuses on our client's needs.
- I wanted my team members to have a voice within the company and their respective departments.
- I wanted to build our own proprietary technology that was bulletproof, based on data, and had our own secret sauce infused in the mix.
- I wanted our final product to be something you could put under the proverbial "microscope" and transparently, regularly review the results with our clients or have a client independently log in to review on their own dashboard.
- Most importantly, I wanted the company to have our customer's best interests in mind.
